 Victoria Beckham, mother of three, wife of David and currently on a world tour with the Spice Girls, has been voted a fashion disaster by fashion commentator Mr Blackwell.
This nomination comes despite the positive response to the fuchsia pink Roland Mouret dress Victoria wore last year.
Commenting on the Moon dress Posh Spice sported, the Telegraph noted: "Every fashion-conscious woman wants at least one in her wardrobe."
However, the singer topped the worst-dressed celebrity list by the fashion expert, which also slammed Amy Winehouse for her distinctive style, Fergie, Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Levigne, Jessica Simpson and Lindsay Lohan.
Mary Kate Olsen was described as a "tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane".
While Victoria was demolished with the line: "In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em."
Britney Spears escaped condemnation from Mr Blackwell's 48th annual rundown, due to the "upheaval" in her personal life at the moment.
