Crooner Amy Winehouse has chopped off her
signature beehive hairstyle in a bid to become a blonde beauty in the world of
pop, it has emerged.
The troubled star has suffered a number of setbacks
last year, which means it could be a case of a new hairstyle for a new
year.
Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is currently in prison in
relation to attempting to pervert the course of justice, which resulted in
Winehouse kicking off her UK tour in floods of tears. She later cancelled the
tour early.
The star has also been the subject of speculation about drug
abuse and weight loss problems.
Following a holiday in the Caribbean, the
Rehab singer accessorised her new short blonde hairstyle with a
headscarf.
Fashion expert Mr Blackwell slammed the singer's fashion style
in his annual list of the worst-dressed celebrities of 2007
yesterday.
However, Winehouse was beaten to the top spot by Spice Girl
and Wag Victoria Beckham.
